To view file statistics and change options concerning saved content for the current workbook, use the File > Content & Statistics command.
Save values of formulas
Specifies whether the current values of formulas should be saved.
Turning this option off may result in significantly smaller files. If this option is turned off, you must perform an initial update or recalculation after opening the file to recreate formula values.
This option is available only for the GS-Calc *.gsc file format.
Default: On
Save selected formula values
If the Save values of formulas check box is on, this option allows explicitly specifying cells or ranges whose formula values should be saved.
Cells and ranges should be entered as a comma-separated list, for example:
a10, d:d, sheet1!f20, 5:5, dk1:dk10, "first sheet"!ab100, "second sheet"!ab100:ab200
If a cell or range reference does not contain a worksheet path, it is assumed to refer to the currently active worksheet.
This option is available only for the GS-Calc *.gsc file format.

Save thumbnail
Specifies whether a thumbnail image should be added to the saved workbook.
Thumbnail images can be saved in *.gsc and *.ods files. They represent the portion of the worksheet visible when the worksheet was saved.
For encrypted files, the thumbnail is replaced by a static 128x128 image informing users that the content is encrypted.
Both GS-Calc *.gsc and ODF *.ods files are ZIP files, and saved thumbnail images are available in those ZIPs as:
Thumbnails/thumbnail.png
Note: The ODF specification requires thumbnails in *.ods files to have a fixed size of 128x128 pixels.
Default: On
Cell range
If the Save thumbnail check box is on, this option specifies the cell range to be used for the thumbnail image.
The range may be:
- a simple cell range,
- a cell range with a worksheet reference,
- or only a worksheet reference/path without a specific cell range.
If not specified, the thumbnail represents the portion of the worksheet visible when the worksheet was saved.
